DeMoulin Return Policy
Returns or exchanges on returnable items must be initiated within 30 Days from date of receipt.
ALL RETURNS must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and shipped to a specific address, which is provided by DeMoulin. An RMA number may be obtained by contacting DeMoulin Customer Service at 1-800-228-8134, or emailing us at email@example.com or by contacting your Regional Sales Manager. The RMA number needs to be clearly marked on the outside of shipping box. Please include the RMA form inside of the box with the items you are returning.
Merchandise must be returned in brand new condition with the original packaging within 30 days from purchase. Items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges involved with returns (with the exception of warranty claims substantiated by DeMoulin, if applicable)
If you ordered an incorrect item or size and need to exchange it, you will need to return the incorrect item and place a separate order for the correct item. We will refund the purchase price (not including shipping) of the incorrect item once it passes inspection and is placed back into inventory (within 2-3 weeks of us receiving and deeming merchandise to be returnable). Shipping charges are not refundable unless the merchandise is deemed defective by the manufacturer, or if DeMoulin shipped incorrect items rather than what was ordered. Any unauthorized returns will not be credited.
All sales are final on made-to-order items such as custom or decorated items. No refunds or returns on altered items, items that have been worn, soiled, used or washed, or items without original packaging.
